Although there were only 3 oysters, at least it was big and quite fresh. The starch vs egg ratio was just nice and it wasn't overly oily.

Fried Oyster Omelette (SGD $5) @ Song Kee Fried Oyster.
After months of renovations, East Coast Lagoon Food Village has finally reopened and when I was there on a Thursday evening, it was packed with people and getting a table required time and patience.

Orh luak Nvm that their oysters are small, this is still my favorite orh luak as they serve the best eggs I've ever tried..
Orh Jian without Orh Am I the only one who like to order like this?
Hands up all of you who like extra chilli / 辣椒多 / "hiam jio jway jway" / belachan lebeh, with whatever you eat.
