My fav part of the entire tasting - ingredients are all marinated w pepper. They were really fresh and portions are just right which are plus points. Ingredients includes: Beef striploin, venison, pork belly, chicken breast, salmon fillet, tiger prawns, calamari rings and cream dory. By cooking them in the broth is really yummy as well, broth is well flavored and really similar to what we get at the end of a steamboat session. Dipping sauces: Garlic Aiolo, Honey Dijon Mustard, Ranch Dressing, BBQ Sauce, Curry Wurst Sauce and Red Pepper Sauce.
