My favourite Vegetarian Bee Hoon 斋米粉 from Xin Yi Vegetarian Food 欣意素食, which I think is a crowd favourite too because there's always a long line for this, & on weekends if you're there at 10AM, all the good stuff would've sold out already.

You can opt for the Bee Hoon with or without sauce (this one is the latter), & choose to pay more for additional noodles or ingredients or both (hehe). The default plate costs $2.50, additional ingredients/noodles costs $0.50 extra each.
