Quality is assured here as the grilled eel is grilled to perfection. Toppings such as scallions, wasabi, and grated leeks are served at the side. No bones in this so the enjoyment is maximized. Japan meals continues to blow my mind. The best unagi meal i have had so far.
The Nagoya style to eat this to split into 4 sections of the bowl, 1/4 with wasabi and scallions, 1/4 with broth added, 1/4 plain and the last 1/4 as you liked the best.
