Been wanted to try out this dessert bar since their opening. This yuzu did surprise me with the flavor combination and texture change in the one bite.

Its a layer of rich and smooth Belgium chocolate mousse, refreshing soft yuzu cremeux, and that crunchy salted caramelized hazelnut with flaked almond.

Everything just come together so well, it start from sweetness of chocolate, to refreshing acidic from yuzu to the crunchy haZelnut that had a hint of saltiness to cut through the sweetness and everything end with the bite of yuzu chunk 😋 you're all ready to take another mouthful of this dessert again.
