Even though they have a few outlets scattered around the city, this is the first time that I am trying the prata from Chindamani and I have to say that they really have very decent pratas as compared to other stalls out there.

Ordered both their most basic variations, the plain and egg, to try and the unique selling point is the crispiness in the texture. However, it can get quite oily after a few mouthfuls but if you eat it with their slightly thicker curry, it will be a good complement to each other.
