The 𝐘𝐮𝐚𝐧 𝐘𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐧 ($𝟓) has the crispy flaky exterior you’d expect from a good cruffin, but the interior was a bit too greasy for my liking. Also, the flavour of the yuan tang filling just wasn’t there. Leaning heavier on the coffee side, it lacked a strong tea aroma, and tasted rather one-note.
