As we dug into the Mixed Grilled Kebab (4 pax)($55) 🥩🍢🍢🍢, the aroma of the perfectly charred meat tantalised our senses. The lamb was cooked to tender perfection and seasoned with fragrant spices that made each bite a joy to savour. The beef kebab was equally succulent and packed with bold, meaty flavours that we couldn't get enough of. Though the chicken kebab was slightly dry, it was redeemed by the delicious Sahawi and Garlic sauce that accompanied the dish. The vegetables were grilled beautifully too with a natural juicy and slightly smokey taste. And the mandi rice, oh the mandi rice! Each grain was infused with aromatic spices and tender bits of meat, making it a perfect accompaniment to the kebab. This dish was definitely the highlight of our meal and left us feeling satisfied and content. It also reminded me of the amazing rice dishes I had during my trip to Turkey.
