Grilled in aromatic charcoal smoke and basted in sweet caramelised sauce, this rendition of Unagi is slightly crispy on the outside, but succulent and tender on the inside. Although πππ©π¨πͺπ’πππͺπ¨ππ is meant to be eaten in 4 different ways, I usually just skip straight to my fave part: Drowning my bowl π°π€π©π’π»πΆπ¬π¦-π΄π΅πΊππ¦ in that delicious @manmanunagi dashi broth. ππ΅
I have yet to try @unauna.sg for its highly recommended and affordable Unagi, but I'm hoping that it's gonna be as good as, if not better than my current fave Unagi place for πππ©π¨πͺπ’πππͺπ¨ππ ! Which Unagi restaurant would you recommend in Singapore? π€β€οΈ
