Grilled in aromatic charcoal smoke and basted in sweet caramelised sauce, this rendition of Unagi is slightly crispy on the outside, but succulent and tender on the inside. Although π™ƒπ™žπ™©π™¨π™ͺ𝙒𝙖𝙗π™ͺπ™¨π™π™ž is meant to be eaten in 4 different ways, I usually just skip straight to my fave part: Drowning my bowl 𝘰𝘀𝘩𝘒𝘻𝘢𝘬𝘦-𝘴𝘡𝘺𝘭𝘦 in that delicious @manmanunagi dashi broth. πŸ˜‹πŸ΅
