With Gruyere cheese, bechamel sauce atop with 2 fried eggs
🥩24-Hr Beef Brisket ($20.00+)
Consists of confit baby potatoes, poached egg, pickled shallots, hand-cut potato chips, mixed mesclun, and served on toasted sourdough
🦐Prawn & Chorizo Aglio Olio ($22.00+)
Pasta is tossed with prawn head butter, garlic, coriander, chilli padi served with Tiger prawns, and Chorizo
🍞French Toast Lovin ($20.00+)
Brioche thick French toast, whipped cream cheese, homemade berries compote, maple thyme drizzle
