The meat is tender and juicy and judging from its flavourful taste, one can tell that much time and effort are taken to ensure that the ribs are evenly and well marinated. The addition of Guinness stout and champagne also gives this dish a unique and distinctive taste. Definitely one of my favourite dishes here!
