The smoky, charred prawn meat was juicy and full of savoury goodness, with the tomalley adding an extra burst of flavour. The salt flavour was already fantastic with its original taste profile; the cheese topping was melty and stretchy, while the mentaiko added an irresistible umami kick. Prawns were easy to peel, making the experience even better.
