The Ngoh Hiang was robust in flavor and chock full of crunchiness from the cleverly inserted radish cubes. Pair with the kick ass chili, and the soft otah and you essentially have a good start to a meal at this neat Peranakan eatery tucked away in Shaw Centre @indigobluekitchen.
