Fried Rice Boy serves "international fried rice". The first plate we had was the 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗵𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗽𝘀 ($7.50). The intoxicating mala flavour was infused into every grain of rice, resulting in fluffy, fragrant rice that was seductively scrumptious. The rice also possessed ample amounts of wok hei, showcasing the chef's expertise. The fresh and crunchy shrimps were the perfect accompaniment to the rice.
