This brownie costs about as much as the café's cornerstone truffle fries, but is so much more memorable.

The cake was actually more fudge than brownie. It really packs a sticky, decadent punch! Each spoonful of this glued my jaws together and sent me to chocolate heaven. Even the marshmallows, which typically taste bland compared to cakes, blended well with the rest of the desert. Dare I even say that the vanilla ice cream acted as a palate cleanser in contrast to the rest of the brownie?

As usual, the ambience in PS cafe was superb. This time, I came during the day and could appreciate the splendid greenery behind the cafe through their magnificent windows. It made it feel like I was dining alfresco even though I was safely air-conditioned inside. | {Rating: 9/10} .
