It’s an interesting cafeteria-like concept where after choosing the main noodle & soup base, one can add various tempura/ side ingredients displayed before making payment; It’s mainly self-service, even when getting water/ finding a seat. We added an onsen egg for $2.20 but all of us found it too sweet. The udon was of nice texture and the broth was tasty but a bit salty. I would say it’s a good fuss-free and relatively cheap meal that can satisfy Japanese food cravings but nothing particularly memorable
