In this bowl, you'll find yu-sheng ingredients in the form of salmon 🐟, shredded vegetables, plum sauce served with rice and topped with crackers. While it is festive, this tastes so similar to the popular yu-sheng that I'd rather have traditional yu-sheng over this rice bowl.
