the weekend has been a whirl wind adventure of gastronomical delights. Starting off with this {Soft Shell Crab Tempura} @cornerhouseSG - served with mango chutney, honey wasabi coulis and gingerflower; this was an incredibly balanced dish with quite a spicy punch from the wasabi insertion. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ definitely one very delicate dish I would love to have again!
