When they just opened for the day, there were already locals strolling into the restaurant (most brought their own drink 😉). By 12, the whole place was packed! Business was so good that they had to rent the shophouse beside.
The entire restaurant only served one dish - fried Cat Fish. Freshly filleted cat fish marinated with turmeric and salt. When the dish was served, the smell of the butter was insane! Mixed the rice noodle with vinegar and fish sauce, chilli, parsley, spring onion and roasted peanut then picked the fish of your choosing. If you are afraid to eat raw herby green, you could cook longer in the pan. I had no idea cat fish could taste this good!!!!! If you could only have one dish, just eat this!
