It's their rougamo filling w mee hoon kueh basically. The meat is still really good but it doesn't adhere well to the noodle sheets. And honestly there's nowhere near enough of it
The seasoning is that of 油泼面 so it's still really good, so I guess if you see this is that except with meat, you would be happy but honestly it doesn't rlly work as a dish
But still decent overall ofc
