This was a pretty unique dish and we decided to give it a go. It definitely didn’t disappoint as the pork bites were tender inside and crispy outside, and wasn’t fatty. It went really well with the sweet and spicy chili soy sauce along with the vegetables. The iced honey cabana was also interesting, with mango and pineapple flavours infused into this iced honey tea.
