Crispy chicken tenders in a spicy, sweet glaze that is so crispy and sticky you’ll coat everything in this! The spicy gojuchang red pepper paste adds a ton of flavors, spicy and savory, balanced by the sweet and acidic notes of the brown sugar and rice wine vinegar. The tteokbokki was soft and chewy, a lot better than most of my experience with it.

Will definitely be back to try other items from this modern Korean tapas bar!
