Avenue 87 has just launched their Menu 3.0 to bring diners to a new journey along Modern Asian cuisine.
Avenue 87, serves a Modern Asian cuisine launched new menu with highlights include Toothfish, with crab roe, ikura and bai jiu.

Dinner Tasting Menu ($98++/5 Course, $142++/7 Course).
The main course for dinner is the USDA Prime Beef Short Rib served with a wok-fried garlic fried rice and an orange reduction on the side, and this dish mimics the char siew rice, but this time round beef is used instead.
Transitioning from the restaurant’s opening in September 2020 till now, both co-Chef-founders Glen Tay and Alan Phan of Avenue 87 have reinvented their dinner tasting menu and recently launched a second edition of it.
