Quail was wonderfully-executed with strong punchy flavours. In contrast the pork tenderloin was somewhat muted, though the doneness could not be faulted. I did enjoy the ratatouille at the bottom, very rustic. Chocolate mousse checked all the boxes, rich and decadent.
