And the smoky 𝙒𝙖𝙜𝙮𝙪 𝙏𝙧𝙞 𝙏𝙞𝙥 was paired SO WELL with the sweeter Eryngii mushrooms, though my beef was quite chewy and tbh my jaw kinda hurt from the chewing 🥩
