Mad love for this plate of Kimcheese Fried Rice, made in true blue Yoogane style. Sour-savoury kimchi fried rice topped with cheese and a raw egg. Mix it all in together for a sinful gooey ball of flavour. And kudos to Eight for adding the bonito flakes, which heightens the pleasure of the dish.
