Literally just came back from Thailand but already missing the food there. Kanom Krok is actually a traditional Thai coconut-rice pancake snack, but honestly it's sooo difficult to find even in Thailand?! Really glad that Sg sells it too, so I can satisfy some of my Thai snack cravings 🤭.

These were really soft and chewy, and I'd reco getting the green pandan one instead of the purple sweet potato one, because the pandan was way more fragrant. Texture wise both were as chewy!
