Flavourful Serrano ham, beautiful egg & loads of cheese. The mushrooms certainly adds texture and lift the heaviness and jelakness from the spam of cheese.😄

A choice of either crepe or galette to fold the ingredients in. We had it in galette form as it is more rustic plus we felt that crepe will simply not goes well with savoury filling as they are usually paired with sweet stuff. We're happy we made the right choice.
By the way, Galette is type of crisp pancake made from buckwheat flour.
