Frigging delicious.

The crisp is real but thankfully it's not biscuity not just a thin layer of crisp, there is still some texture. This goes against my principle that the carb must be good enough on its own, since actl the centre is a tad dry on its own but it's absolutely perfect with the thick and slightly sour gravy. I didn't expect the curry to be this good, in fact I didn't expect anything to be as good as it was. Plus it wasn't oily

It is true that for some parts it's too crispy to tear apart, it just shatters at certain points

Must try.
