This is a bowl full of everything good. The Wagyu Short Plate is executed to perfection. Cook to a commendable tenderness, juicy and flavourful. For maximum enjoyment, burst that creamy yolk onto the fluffy rice. Ooooohhhh, the harmony of all the flavours, making every mouthful fill with a burst of savoury flavours!

Fragrant melon aroma and mild elegant taste,. Very clean and light that can taste the soft sweetness of rice.
