Were on our way to grandma ong when our johorian friend said only Singaporeans go there. Obviously I'm immediately not willing to go grandma ong anymore, and insisted she showed us a place johorians dined at

This place is located near an apartment. It's one of those places tourists(Singaporeans) would never find. However the well hidden place was packed at 2pm, speaking to its popularity

No dry chili pan mee here. They have an orange dipping chili which is unique, reminiscent of ckn rice chili but thicker, much more sour, and very spicy. It goes well w their clearly handmade mhk

Soup is decent but quite salty, there's this salty edge which makes me think there's msg, but might be wrong. Mhk was good, quite a nice bite. The fishballs and meatballs were all of substantial quality

Overall it's a decent place, I wouldn't travel for this because I find it similar to what we have in SG.
