A light and fruity tart - the blueberry compote, pear jelly & almond frangipane went wonderfully together, overall not too sweet. It was a very refreshing tart which we quickly gobbled up. A simple fruit tart but executed deliciously. They were quite generous with the fruits as well.

Price tag is rather high for a dessert like this - though it’s made much more reasonably priced with the Burpple 1-for-1 deal. Otherwise it certainly has quite a bit of competition in the local pastry scene, with other bakeries selling similar tarts at equal or lower prices. Their bakes are still delicious though, so I’ll give them that!
