It’s hard for one to miss the snaking queue for Yam Mee Teochew Fishball Noodles at Kovan food centre. After tasting their fishball noodles, we would say that the queue was definitely worth it! We were quick to slurp down the springy meekia which was coated with the perfect blend of soy sauce, chilli, vinegar, and pork lard. We feel that the noodles are best eaten together with the minced meat and fishball in one big mouthful to experience the explosion of flavours from all the ingredients! We will definitely join the queue for this comforting bowl of noodles again if we are in the area next time.
