The cafe’s classic chai latte (Ceylon OPA, oat milk, coconut sugar) but with the addition of maple syrup and a touch of Himalayan pink salt for that sweet and salty satisfaction. Chai was still as fragrant and the earthiness still came through despite the other flavours going on - I thought the maple syrup and salt was a nice touch without overpowering the drink - they were more like additional accents to the main drink.
