Popped by again, this time in the afternoon and they had an afternoon snack menu. Cheesy sausage roasted over charcoal fire, something which I saw when I was traveling in Germany. Loved the smokiness on the sausage, however, the sauerkraut needs more fermentation to achieve that acidity.
