Drain 1 can tuna in brine and place in a mixing bowl. Add 4 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 cup seedless red grapes, and 1 medium white onion, minced. Season to taste with pepper; mix well. To assemble, put 2 lettuce leaves on the bottom half of a baguette. Spread 3 to 4 spoonfuls of tuna salad.
