The star was the Pork Chop served with pickled Apple Slice in Pommery mustard sauce. The texture of the pork chop was so interesting. Feels like a mix of chicken & fish and don’t be deceived by the light coloured piece of meat. Every bite was bursting with flavours.

We were looking forward to the Chocolate Pappardelle. But it just tasted like a good beef pasta with hint of sourness from the Red wine. Couldn’t taste any Chocolate.

Hazelnut Praline Choux was light and fluffy. Not overly sweet. The caramelised hazelnuts give you the extra crunch and surprise every time you bite into it.
