Tsukemen is usually served only as noodles with a salty and thick sardine-based broth. This resto pairs up noodles with diff meat options: chicken drumstick (??) or this scrumptious and juicy BUTA slab 😍 If only their tasty garlic-based broth were thicker, this could have been my 2nd fave #tsukemen place (next to Tokyo's Fuunji!) ❤
