Crisp pecan praline choux puffs with vanilla cream in the middle and topped with decadent warm dark chocolate ganache poured all over. The crunchy texture of the biscuit-like puffs together with the smooth cream & luscious chocolate sauce was truly an explosion of flavours and textures in your mouth.
