Another dish which Miss K and I enjoy splurging a little on at the Canton Paradise is the humble XO Carrot Cake.

We love that each of the radish cubes are crisp on the outside, firm and soft on the inside instead of the mushy ones you tend to get at the pasar. The dish also comes with fluffy eggs, savoury bits of lap cheong and crunchy beansprouts.

Yes, it is pricier compared to the pasar or food court version but definitely worth it!
