The favourite of the night for us, the most simple looking pizza but also the most flavorful. Using a mix of mozzarella, smoked scarmoza, taleggio and gorgonzola, it sounds really overwhelming but Craftsmen did theirs well with a nicely managed balance of the 4. It wasn't too intense, you get a good taste of each cheese and a punch of blue cheese between mouths. I would have preferred the crust and dough to have more of a chew, as this was a tad too crispy all around. Do note that their range of hand stretched pizzas are only available at their Clarke Quay outlet.
