The 𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐦 𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫 ($12.50) comprises roasted garlic mayo, fried shallots, butter sautéed garlic mushrooms, cheese, and a beef patty. This made for highly flavourful bites with distinct garlic aroma. However, the lack of greens/ tomato combined with heavier components resulted in a greasy burger. Also found the shallots to not be as crisp as we would have liked. Likely suits those who enjoy richer flavours but personally found it difficult to get through alone.
