For pastas, I tend to be on the camp which prefers strong, hearty flavours. When Nan told us that this is her favourite pasta here because it is so light, delicate and refreshing, I was a tad sceptical. One twirl and a bite later, I was a convert. This spanner crab spaghetti with pine nuts, lemon and parmigiano reggiano is truly a star! Something I will definitely order again and will happily not share it the next time.
