The guanciale is the thinly sliced uncooked ones, and the flavours of the mushroom and guanciale doesn't come through enough. Tomato base was very wet so the pizza was soggy

Very disappointing visit, everything new we tried was not particularly good except the burrata which was on par. So much so that we had to get the carbonara to ameliorate the disappointment. Don't come here gambling, try the items that are well liked
