A tribute to 🇮🇳, the last sweet note was the mango saffron ghewar.
Only Gaggan would think of creating desserts from 🥂.
Open the book and you’ll find your English Rose garden inside.
First dessert course came in the form of a wooden book 🌹
The 🌮 course was an utter surprise.
🌑 emoji.
Under those leaves, you get a banana leaf parcel, open it up and it’s fish!
With some embers lingering, this was brought to our table.
Lights off and out came the torches for 🔥emoji.
