Saving the best for the last, Dim Sum Haus’ pillowy-soft Steamed Malay Sponge Cake - Malai Gou ($3.20) was two-thumbs up. The light texture of the warm sponge and the lingering sweet notes was so guud. Airy and slightly eggy, I not only enjoyed the fluffy, springy texture but most of all the deep flavour of brown sugar.
