We couldn’t decide between the dumplings and croquettes and followed the staff’s recommendation to get this! Reminiscent of a 红油抄手 (dumplings in chilli oil), the spicy vinegary sauce was very appetising. The dumpling itself was simple, a tiger prawn wrapped in thin skin, a good pairing with its sauce.
