My camera died on me during Savour Wine so here's a blurred up shot of one of the most amazing things I've relished in tonight

The {Crispy Cumin and Pepper Pork Belly Bun} from @mitzosg blows all expectations out of the watee with its ridiculously succulent slabs still retaining a gorgeous crunch on the exterior whilst being sandwiched between pillowy fried mantous

Last chance to get the :: Thai Basil Pork Gyoza:: from @TheEastBureau - these are legit little morsels that have a slight density and chew in their skin almost akin to Nepalese Momo

That being said, the dumplings have a good sear on all edges and even on some of the pleats 😄 the meat fillings carry a good hint of spice, bolstered by a fish sauce and coriander dressing.
