While Jew kit is known for its piquant chicken rice , don’t forget to order a portion of this lovely mee goreng.

One of the best versions I have had - good spicy kick , moist without being greasy and a fair amount of wok hei . Really not easy to achieve this - I have had too many bad mee Gorengs .

The whole dish came together very well .
I recommend to switch out the prawns to chicken because the prawns are not the “ crystal kind “ of prawns which are tasteless and meaningless to me .
