Same unique herbal peppery clear broth, unfortunately most things were slightly overcooked. The thick pork liver slices were especially lacking, it's still bloody but it's overcooked. However, the highlight were the perfectly cooked kidneys, which are rare to find in the first place, regardless of execution. It's got a super soft texture, kind of like a slightly harder silken tofu.

Their chili soy sauce was superb too, it's very rich and has a veritable heat.
